Fantastic setting, close to the sea, beach, and promenade. Lovely building, excellent staff. Fashionable and nicely decorated rooms with twin beds. Overall excellent stay that felt like a holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sands in Scarborough. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. We were impressed by the high-quality appliances and the well-equipped kitchen. The welcome pack was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location right by the beach was perfect, and having secure car parking was a bonus. We enjoyed dining at the onsite cafe and restaurant. we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying at the Sands.

The only drawback we noticed was that the main bed was a bit too hard for our liking. However, it wouldn't deter us from returning to the Sands in the future.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with options for hypoallergenic and down pillows. The views from the room were brilliant, overlooking Scarborough castle and peasholm park. The setting of the hotel was amazing, with easy access to the surrounding area, pubs, restaurants, and the cliffs leading to the Cleveland way. The staff were excellent and always had a smile on their faces.

Spent here 3 lovely nights, no better place to stay. Enjoyed that the room had a safe box, central heating and an iron. Staff was efficient, helped with everything.

The hotel had a magnificent setting next to main attractions, a supermarket, and a cafe. It was based right on the sea front, which exceeded all my expectations. Everything was fairly clean and my kids really enjoyed the stay.

The easy check-in was delightful. Having a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and terry dressing gowns in the bathroom was a nice touch. It was great to listen to the calming sound of the waves. The staff were always polite and courteous.
